Balti Chicken


Balti Chicken



Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken
5-6 Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chillies powder
2 Green chillies (Chopped)
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
1 whole garlic
Oil

Method:

1.Fry chicken separately in a pan.
2.Take a pan,pour oil in it.Add cutted tomatoes and fry them for 10 minutes.
3.Add fried chicken and all the spices.
4.Dip whole garlic in half cup of water for half hour.
5.Cover chicken and add ginger water.Cook till chicken get done.
6.Garnish Balti chicken with cutted garlic and corriander.
(It will be rich of red colour)
