Mince and Peas Palao



Ingredients: 

1/2 kg Beef Mince
1 cup Peas
2 glass Rice
1 tbsp Red Chillies
2-3 chopped Green chillies
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
3 tbsp Salt
2-3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Garlic paste
Oil

Method:

1.Tenderize mince with half cup of water.
2.Cut Onions.Heat oil in a pan.Brown onions.Add garlic paste,tomatoes and all spices to make a mixture.
3.Add peas and mince and fry it for ten minutes.
4.Add water 3 glasses of water.When water comes to a boil.Add rice and cook till rice get done.
5.Serve with Kachoomar salad.
