Chinese Soup



''A delicious and healthy appetizer''


Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 whole garlic
1 tsp Garlic paste
2 Medium sized Carrots
1 tsp Chinese Salt
2-3 tbsp Soya sauce
3 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
3-4 chopped Green Chillies
4 tbsp Corn flour mixed with water for thickness
1/2 cup Ketchup

Method:

1.Make stock of chicken,salt,black pepper and a whole garlic.After stock is ready,waste the garlic.Shred boiled chicken.
2.Heat oil in a pan.Fry garlic paste and chicken.Add all the vegetables and spices.
3.Now add chicken stock,cook for 5-7 minutes and add ketchup.
4.Finally add corn flour(mixed with water) and start stirring until you get your desired thickness.

Note: You can increase the quantity of ketchup as per your taste.
