Kafta Kabab Curry


Kafta Kabab Curry





Ingredients:

For Kafta Kabab:
1/2 kg Chicken Mince (keema)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red crushed Chillies
1 tsp Corriander seeds ( Roasted and Chopped)
1 tsp Whole spices powder ( Garam masalah)
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Egg
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
4-5 leaves of Mint
For Gravy:
2 Medium sized Onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Whole Spices ( Garam masalah)

Method:
1.Take a bowl and add all the spices and egg to make a mixture.Give shape to kabab in long shape.
2.Heat oil in pan and fry kabab till it gets its golden colour.
3.Separately take a pan,heat oil,brown onions.Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and all the spices mentioned above.
4.After making masalah,add fried KAFTA KABAB to it.
5.Add water to get your desired thickness.
6.Garnish it with Green chillies and corriander.Serve with naan.
