Beef Mince (Aloo Keema)


Beef Mince
(Aloo Keema)




Ingredients:

1/2 Kg Beef Mince
2 Patatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chillies
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Whole spices powder (Garam masalah)
7-8 Black Pepper (Whole)
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 medium sized Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Oil or as required
Chopped fresh corrinder for garnishing

Method:

1.Take a pan.Add half cup of water,mince,onion,ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and salt.Cover it and leave on low flame to tenderize.
2.When the water is dried,add oil to it n fry mince on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
3.Now add patatoes and all the spices.Cook it for 5-8 minutes and then again cover it with adding 1/4 cup of water for patatoes to get tender.
4.Garnish it with long shaped cutted ginger and chopped corriander.
