Chicken Rice
Ingredients:

Cup Rice

Chicken pieces

Onions

Tomato

Green Chilies

tsp Ginger paste

tsp Salt

tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4
tsp white Pepper Powder

Whole Black Pepper

tbsp Oil
Method:
1.Make stock of chicken with water,salt,black pepper powder and
whole black pepper.
2.Heat oil in a pan.Brown onions.Add ginger paste,green
chilies, tomato and chicken.
3.Add salt,black pepper powder,soya sauce,white pepper powder and
cook for 5-7 minutes.
4.Add chicken stock and when it comes to a boil,add
rice.
5.Cook till rice get done.Serve with fresh salad.
