Gajrela


   Gajrela





Ingredients:

Rice                   125-130 grams
Milk                   2 kg
Carrots               3-4
Cardamoms        4-5
Sugar                  1 cup
For garnishing:      
Almonds             100 grams
Raisins                40 grams


Cooking directions:

  • Add rice and milk in a pan.Heat it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Peel carrots and add to the mixture.
  • Cook it on low flame for 30 minutes.
  • Add sugar to it n start stirring till it thickens properly.
  • Add cutted almonds and raisins for garnishing.
