Ingredients:
1 kg Fish
4 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
1 Egg
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp Carom (Ajwain)
1 tsp Red chillies
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chat Masalah
3 tsp Soya Sauce
Paste of 2-3 Green chilies
Oil for frying
Method:
1.Sprinkle1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp carom on fish and keep
it for 2 hours to kill the smell of fish,then wash it properly and place in a
stainer for 5 minutes to let the fish dry.
2.Take gram flour in a bowl.Mix it with
egg,water,salt,garlic paste,caroms,red chillies,vinegar,soya sauce,chat
masalah,and corriander powder to make a thick batter of gram flour.Keep it
marrinated for 6-7 hours.
3.Heat oil and deep fry fish on medium
flame.
4.Serve with sour radish.
