Chicken jalfarezi


Chicken Jalfarezi





Ingredients:

1 kg chicken in cube shape
3 Onions in cube shape
1 Egg
1 Cup chicken stock
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Chinese salt
1 tsp Red chillies
1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
2-3 Capsicum
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1-2 Carrots
1 1/2 tbsp Cornflour (mixed in 1/2 cup of water)
2 tbsp Ketchup

Method:

1.Marinate chicken with salt,black pepper,egg,oil,chinese salt,vinegar,cornflour and soya sauce.
2.Heat oil in a pan,stir fry all the vegetables except cube shaped onions for 3-5 minutes.Dish out vegetables in a separate plate.
3.Fry ginger garlic paste in same oil,add marinated chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes.Add all the spices 
and finally chicken stock and ketchup into it.Now add all the vegetables including onions.Pour cornflour mixture into it for thickening of gravy.
4.Dish out delicious chicken jalfarezi and serve with egg fried rice.
