Pakoray


Pakoray




Ingredients:

1 Cup Gram Flour ( Besan)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds ( Zeera)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder ( Haldi)
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1/4 part of one whole Cabbage
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 Onion Chopped
1 tbsp Fresh Corriander chopped
Oil for frying

Method:

1.Mix gram flour with all the above ingredients and add water.
2.Heat oil in a pan and make pakoray of the mixture.
3.Dish out pakoray on absorbent paper.
4.Serve Delicious Pakoray with Ketchup.
